Please read these terms carefully before booking or using any of our cleaning services.

1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling or receiving cleaning services from Mendoza's Janitorial LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book or use our services.
These terms apply to all residential and commercial cleaning services provided by Mendoza's Janitorial LLC in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
2. Services
Mendoza's Janitorial LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services including, but not limited to: Deep Cleaning, Standard Cleaning, Bi-Weekly Cleaning, Weekly Cleaning, Monthly Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, and Commercial Cleaning.
Service scope is determined at the time of booking or estimate. Floor polishing and waxing are not included in Standard or Commercial Cleaning packages unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. All other services are included as part of the agreed package unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering at any time.
3. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement between the Client and Mendoza's Janitorial LLC. Once confirmed, the Client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time.
We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled window. Delays caused by traffic, weather, or prior appointments will be communicated as soon as possible.
Clients are responsible for securing or removing pets and valuables prior to each cleaning visit.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans change. The following policies apply to all cancellations and reschedule requests:
• 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Notice can be given by phone, text, or email.
• Same-Day Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled cleaning are subject to a fee equal to 30% of the total cleaning cost. This fee compensates our team for reserved time and travel.
• First-Time Cleaning Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm all first-time cleaning appointments. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the service and is non-refundable in the event of a same-day cancellation.
• Repeated Cancellations: Clients who cancel or reschedule more than twice in a 60-day period may be subject to prepayment requirements for future bookings.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or staff emergencies. In such cases, we will notify the Client as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional charge.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning service unless a prior arrangement has been made.
Accepted payment methods:
• Cash
• Check (payable to Mendoza's Janitorial LLC)
• Venmo
• Zelle
We do not currently accept online credit or debit card payments through our website. All payment must be arranged directly with our team.
Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee. Accounts with outstanding balances may be placed on hold until payment is received.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, Clients agree to:
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Disclose any known hazards, areas of concern, or items requiring special handling before the cleaning visit.
• Secure pets in a separate area during the cleaning.
• Remove or store fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items prior to service.
• Provide preferred cleaning products if you have specific product requirements. Our team brings all standard supplies.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact service quality. Mendoza's Janitorial LLC is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed conditions or inaccessible areas.
7. Right of Entry
By scheduling a cleaning appointment, the Client grants Mendoza's Janitorial LLC and its team members permission to enter the property for the sole purpose of performing the agreed cleaning services.
Access instructions must be provided prior to the appointment if the Client will not be present. We handle all entry information with strict confidentiality and do not share access details with third parties.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every clean. If you are not satisfied with any area of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed appointment. We will return and re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge.
The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to dissatisfaction arising from pre-existing conditions, damage unrelated to our services, or areas excluded from the agreed scope of work.
9. Liability & Damages
Mendoza's Janitorial LLC takes great care when cleaning your property. In the unlikely event that our team causes damage, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of the completed service with a description and, if possible, photos of the damage.
Our liability for any single incident is limited to the cost of the cleaning service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly secured items, or damage resulting from the Client's failure to disclose relevant information.
We are not responsible for damage to items of extraordinary value, including but not limited to antiques, artwork, or collectibles, unless prior written arrangements have been made.
10. Privacy
Mendoza's Janitorial LLC respects your privacy. Information you provide, including your name, contact details, address, and service preferences, is used solely to schedule and perform cleaning services and communicate with you.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to perform the services (e.g., coordinating team schedules).
11. Modifications to These Terms
Mendoza's Janitorial LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
We encourage Clients to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
